REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in original condition and packaging
  • All accessories and manuals must be included
  • Must have original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Must not show signs of use or damage

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened screen protectors or cases (hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Downloadable software or digital products

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@uukcellular.lk with your order number
  2. Provide reason for return and photos if applicable
  3. Wait for return authorization (RMA number)
  4. Pack item securely in original packaging
  5. Ship to our address (shipping costs may apply)
  6. Include RMA number on package

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at support@uukcellular.lk with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Repair Service Refunds

For repair services, if we are unable to complete the repair or if you are not satisfied with the service, we offer a full refund of the service fee. Parts and labor already provided may not be refundable.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
