By accessing and using UUK Cellular website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Services

We offer mobile accessories and repair services. All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities available for purchase
  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason
  • Discontinue products at any time
  • Correct pricing errors

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We accept payment through Stripe. By placing an order, you represent that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • All information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship throughout Sri Lanka. Delivery times vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information about returns, exchanges, and refunds. Generally, items must be returned within 7 days in original condition.

6. Repair Services

For repair services:

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days
  • Repairs typically take 1-3 business days
  • We are not liable for data loss during repairs
  • Back up your data before submitting devices
  • Warranty varies by repair type (typically 30-90 days)

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UUK Cellular shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
